Two students at Central Technology Center in Sapulpa have been awarded education scholarships for studies Business Office Technology and Network Administration. The scholarships are provided by David Knipp, a Sapulpa native from Edina , Minnesota , and Central Technology Center .
Recipients of the 2004-05 Knipp scholarships are: Tamara Mills, Mounds; and Shelsi Burton, Sand Springs. Mills is an adult student in the Business Information Technology program as well as the Administrative Assistant's program. Burton is an adult student in the computer Network Administration prograrm. The scholarships are given in memory of Knipp's father, Benjamin F. Knipp, a long-time Sapulpa businessman. Scholarships are provided by Knipp for adults in need of career training and who are eligible for financial support and Central Tech matches the Knipp donation. |
