Supported Employment

Central Tech's Supported Employment Agency helps clients with developmental, mental or physical disabilities train in jobs where their specific skills and abilities make them valuable assets to their employer.  Employment Training Specialists (ETS) or Job Coaches are provided (at no expense to the client or employer) to assess the client, locate a job, train on the job and furnish additional training as needed.  Training duration will vary to fit the needs of both the client and the employer.  Clients will be trained to job standards before the ETS is faded.  the Supported Employment office for details on benefits to the community, benefits to the employer, benefits to the individual and special services provided.
